The MUHC COE AD is not only an academic clinic, but also a network of clinicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, and patients. Our goal is to drive excellence in AD management by developing state-of-the-art, evidence-based, and patient-centered care focused on the fundamentals of adult and adolescent eczema, in terms of pathophysiology, diagnosis, and multifaceted management. The MUHC COE AD is a referral center for dermatologists across Quebec, and has developed and formalized networks for multidisciplinary atopic specialties (internal medicine, infectious disease, allergy and immunology, and more), as well as allied health care providers within the polyclinic infrastructure.
